Guys, Stop Sweating Valentine’s Day – Gift Her Valentine’s Day Gift Baskets!

comments 0

She might say Valentine’s Day is overrated, but chances are, your girlfriend, fiancée, or wife hopes that you’ll do something special for her on Valentine’s Day. We know you’re feeling the pressure, but we want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable Valentine’s Day, too. Valentine’s Day Gift Baskets set the pace for a romantic Valentine’s Day that exceeds her expectations and turns you into Prince Charming ;-). Just follow our directions!

Step 1: Make/Bring Her Breakfast. We know you’re both heading to work and are short on time, but wake up a half hour earlier than usual and either make breakfast for her (pancakes are easy and a-okay!), or bring breakfast to her, along with a delicious latte.

Step 2: Surprise Her With A Valentine’s Day Gift Basket or Flowers. We don’t always want to admit it to ourselves, but isn’t being surprised with flowers or a romantic gift basket in the office or on our doorstep such a great feeling? Make her the envy of the office (or the block!) by having our Valentine’s Love Forever Flowers or our Valentine Reeses Gift Basket delivered to her, with a sweet note on the included hand written gift message.

Step 3: Keep Her On The Edge Of Her Seat. She’s likely going to wonder if you made dinner plans anywhere. Call her in the afternoon to let her know the Valentine’s Day celebrations will be continuing. It’s a great way to “tease” the night ahead, and you can even give her three clues on where the night will be taking the two of you.

Step 4: Dinner and a Movie, Your Way. Restaurants are often rushed on Valentine’s Day, so if you prefer not to go out for dinner, use your culinary expertise to whip up a delicious dish, or order takeout from one of your favorite restaurants. Throw a nice tablecloth on the dinner table at home, break out the nice silverware and wine glasses, and have a fantastic night in. Afterwards, rent a movie and enjoy one of our Wine Gift Baskets, toasting to an absolutely perfect Valentine’s Day.

Valentine’s Day might not be your favorite day of the year, but that will all change this year! We’re here to help take the pressure out of Valentine’s Day and make it a love-filled day for the both of you. After all, real men wear pink on their sleeves!

Beating Those Winter Blues With BisketBaskets.com Valentine Gift Baskets

The hustle and bustle of the holidays tends to add a little pep in our step in November and December, but oh, when January rolls around, don’t you just feel a little worn out after the holidays? If not, you’re lucky! If you’re like the rest of us, there’s the temptation for the January slump – those dreaded winter blues – to creep in. We have long, cold winters here in Parker, Colorado, and we want to help you beat the winter doldrums with some tips that we use, as well as getting your focus on the next holiday to come round, and Valentine’s Day Gift Baskets to celebrate it with!

Valentines Day Gift Baskets

Tip #1: Exercise. New Year’s resolutions come and go, but exercise for your happiness. Data does show that exercise has the ability to improve your mood and simply help you feel great, so get some warm clothes on and head outside for a walk, run, snowshoeing, skiing, etc. Or, head to the gym a few nights each week.

Tip #2: Good nutrition. You really are what you eat, and if you’re eating junk food all day long, you’re going to feel like junk. Improve your mood by eating healthier items – simply search for “quick healthy recipes” in Google, and you’ll have an arsenal of healthy recipes at your fingertips!

Tip #3: Good lighting. Doctors often prescribe ultraviolet lighting for Seasonal Affective Disorder sufferers, but whether you have a bona-fide condition or need a pick-me-up, surrounding yourself in warm lighting can also promote feelings of happiness. Just be careful about that electric bill!

Tip #4: Valentine’s Day. You don’t have to be in a relationship to love Valentine’s Day. We can bet you have family, friends, and pets in your life that you absolutely adore. Focus your Valentine’s Day energy in showing these people (and pets) how much you appreciate them. Sending surprise Valentine’s Day Gift Baskets is a great way to send a smile, and in turn, you’ll likely feel happier too!

Tip #5: Start Planning. Doesn’t the world seem a little rosier when you have something to look forward to? Start planning your Spring or Summer vacation – the research itself will boost you out of those doldrums! Can’t do a vacation? Set your sights on a Spring project, like growing a garden, or cleaning out all that clutter in your home.

We’re excited for what 2012 will bring us here at Bisket Baskets, and we hope we’ve helped you boost your mood a bit and get out of those winter doldrums! Let’s all look forward to a love-filled Valentine’s Day, as warmth and affection for the people around us is a sure-fire way to put a smile on our face.
